Terms & Conditions


All deposits made to Swift Limousine are non-refundable. This policy is in place to reserve your selected vehicle for the specified time and date.


Mechanical Breakdowns

Swift Limousine is not liable for interruptions caused by mechanical breakdowns during charters. However, we commit to rescheduling the interrupted service for a mutually agreed-upon date, subject to availability.


Damages to Vehicle

The client is financially responsible for any damage to the limousine caused by themselves or any members of their party during the rental period. This includes a fee of $200.00 for each carpet or seat burn and a sanitation fee of $350.00.


Prohibited Activities

Consumption of alcohol and drug use in the limousine is strictly prohibited by law. Any fines incurred for such violations will be the responsibility of the customer. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service without a refund if blatant indiscretion occurs.


Safety Regulations

It is illegal to stand through the sunroof of the limousine. Smoking is not permitted in certain vehicles at the discretion of the chauffeur.


Delays and Overtime

Swift Limousine is not responsible for delays or service termination due to winter conditions or unsafe road conditions, such as unsalted roads or accidents. Overtime fees will be applied after the first 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time described on the run sheet.


Lost Items

Swift Limousine is not liable for personal items left in the vehicle during or after completion of service.



Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their designated seating capacity.


Open Container Laws in Washington DC

Swift Limousine is committed to the safety and legal transportation of all passengers. As per The District of Columbia Municipal Regulations Title 25-1001 (a)(2), no person shall consume or possess an open container of alcohol within a vehicle on public roads, alleys, parks, or parking areas in the District. Compliance checks by the Metropolitan Police Department’s Traffic Safety and Specialized Enforcement Branch will be ongoing to enforce these regulations.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance for Sedans and SUVs, 72 hours in advance for Sprinters, and 7 days in advance for Classic Cars, Mini Coaches, Motor Coaches, and Limousine Style Vehicles to avoid charges.
