How Much Notice Is Needed to Book a Reservation?

We ask for at least two hours’ notice to secure a booking, depending on vehicle availability. It’s always better to book as early as possible.

 

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Our cancellation requirements vary by vehicle type:

  • Sedans/SUVs: You can cancel up to 12 hours in advance without any charge.
  • Sprinters: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid penalties.
  • Mini Coaches, Motor Coaches, and Limousine Style Vehicles: Cancellations need to be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled service.

 

How Do I Receive My Receipt?

We email your receipt directly to you right after your credit card is processed.

 

Why Is the Charged Amount Different from the Quote?

The final amount billed may include additional fees for wait times, tolls, or other unforeseen charges beyond the initial estimate.

 

Where Will I Meet My Chauffeur at the Airport?

For your convenience, we recommend meeting your driver curbside at all Washington, DC area airports (DCA, IAD, BWI).

 

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

Our chauffeurs monitor all flight statuses to ensure they are present when you land, even if there are delays.

Additional stops are billed at half the hourly rate for the vehicle used.

 

What About Waiting Fees?

We allow a 15-minute grace period. Waiting time charges apply thereafter.

 

When Am I Charged for My Service?

A 25% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before your service.
