Reservations & Booking

How much notice do I need to book a ride?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute requests with as little as 2 hours’ notice, depending on the vehicle type and schedule.

How can I make changes to my reservation?

Plans change — we understand. If you need to update your reservation, just call or text us anytime. Our customer service team is available around the clock to assist you.

Is there a deposit required to book?

Yes. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is charged 24 hours before your service.

Pricing, Payments & Policies

Why is the amount I was charged different from my original quote?

Sometimes additional charges may apply — such as wait time, extra stops, tolls, or time overages — and these will be reflected in the final bill. We’re always transparent and will include a breakdown with your receipt.

When and how will I receive my receipt?

Receipts are sent automatically via email right after your payment is processed.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellations based on the type of vehicle you book:

  • Sedans & SUVs – Cancel up to 12 hours before the trip
  • Sprinter Vans – Cancel up to 72 hours in advance
  • Mini Coaches, Limo Buses, Classic Cars, Motor Coaches – 7-day cancellation notice required

Please note that deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timing.

Are there fees for extra stops or waiting time?

Yes. Any extra stop is billed as half an hour of the vehicle’s hourly rate.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?

We recommend curbside pickup at all major Washington, DC–area airports (DCA, IAD, BWI) for the quickest and most convenient experience. If you prefer a meet-and-greet inside the terminal, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

Vehicles & Passenger Guidelines

Are pets allowed in your vehicles?

We’re happy to accommodate service animals, as well as small dogs or cats in secure travel crates. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the vehicle accordingly.

Do you allow smoking or drinking in the vehicles?

In most vehicles, smoking is not permitted — this is left to the chauffeur’s discretion.
As for alcohol, please note that open containers are strictly prohibited by law in Washington, DC, even in private vehicles for hire. We follow these regulations to keep everyone safe and compliant.

What happens if there’s damage or excessive mess during my ride?

Clients are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs incurred during the ride.
Here are a few standard fees:

  • Sanitation (e.g., spills, bodily fluids): $350
